Product Description:

LB-6240 water-based wax slurry is a low viscosity fine particle wax dispersion containing trace amounts of non-ionic additives. It can be added in the later stages of ink and varnish production without grinding, with stability and no floating surface, and has an impact on glossLess noise, providing excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance.

3、 Performance characteristics

1. This product is a dispersion of water-based solid wax dispersed in water by hot melt method with the help of trace amounts of non-ionic additives. After the ink layer or paint film dries, the resistance of wax is reflected in the form of pure wax particlesgrindEqual performance, rather than being reflected in the form of a wax film containing a large amount of emulsifiers, thus significantly different from traditional oxidized polyethylene wax slurry.

2. This product has good freeze-thaw stability and can be stored at low temperatures without wax precipitation. After thawing at room temperature and simple stirring, it can be used normally.

3. This product can be added in the later stages of ink, varnish, and paint making, and can be easily stirred and dispersed to achieve good dispersion effect.

4、 Precautions

1、Sealed and cool storage, with a storage temperature of 5-30 ℃。

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.

3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake well before use. After storing for a period of time, occasional layering may occur, but it is easy to mix evenly after stirring and does not affect use.
